Sens. Ask HHS To Justify Exchange Grants Under Sequester

Law360, New York (March 28, 2013, 6:57 PM EDT) -- A pair of Republican senators Wednesday asked the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to explain whether the federal sequester will rein in the agency’s health insurance exchange grants, saying the Affordable Care Act-mandated program had so far operated without accountability.
