FedEx Cited For Misclassifying Mass. Drivers

Law360 (December 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- In what is a major blow for FedEx as it battles lawsuits by its legion of drivers across the U.S., the Massachusetts attorney general announced on Wednesday that the company violated state law by misclassifying the workers as independent contractors.
