HHS To Finalize Basic Health Plan Rules Within 1 Year

Law360, New York (March 29, 2013, 7:18 PM EDT) -- Federal officials have committed to issuing final rules on the Affordable Care Act's basic health plan, which aims to help states insure low- and moderate-income people who don't qualify for Medicaid, within a year, and to have the program up and running by 2015, a Senate Democrat announced Thursday.
