HHS Vows To Cover Medicaid Expansion To Sway Holdouts

Law360, New York (March 29, 2013, 4:24 PM EDT) -- The Obama administration on Friday finalized its plan for the federal government to foot most of the bill for the Affordable Care Act's Medicaid expansion, using the milestone as another weapon in a charm offensive aimed at convincing Republican governors to participate.
