DC Circ. Allows Safety Fine Against Coal Mine To Stand

Law360, New York (March 29, 2013, 4:59 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday refused to review a Mine Safety and Health Administration order fining Oak Grove Resources LLC over a safety violation at an Alabama coal mine, despite the company’s argument that the violation order wasn’t backed by evidence and duplicated an earlier finding.
