EPA To Update Effluent Guidelines For Construction Sites

Law360, New York (March 29, 2013, 3:51 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said Friday that it is introducing changes to effluent rules for construction sites, including removing a numerical standard for water cloudiness, to fulfill a settlement with building groups that opposed previous proposed changes.
