DePuy Hip Implant Patient Tells Jury Of Pain After Surgeries

Law360, Chicago (March 29, 2013, 3:57 PM EDT) -- A woman suing Johnson & Johnson subsidiary DePuy Inc. over its recalled ASR XL metal hip told jurors in tearful testimony Friday that her hip pain had returned roughly a year after receiving the device, hindering family activities and lingering even after she received corrective surgery.
