Hospitals Ask DC Circ. To Overturn Adverse Medicare Rates

Law360, New York (April 1, 2013, 5:27 PM EDT) -- A group of Select Medical Corp. hospitals on Thursday urged the D.C. Circuit to overturn a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services review board decision ruling they were not new hospitals entitled to favorable Medicare reimbursement rates, saying the board had incorrectly interpreted the relevant statute.
