Law360, New York (April 1, 2013, 1:22 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected a petition by oil and gas industry group the American Petroleum Institute to take up its case against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's efforts to increase restrictions on industrial nitrogen dioxide emissions.
