Elizabeth Arden Exec Assumes NYC Bar's Helm

Law360, New York (April 1, 2013, 3:45 PM EDT) -- The 24,000-lawyer New York City Bar Association has tapped attorney Bret Parker to step into its top full-time role of executive director, a move the departing Elizabeth Arden Inc. vice president and associate general counsel said Monday will begin with a lot of listening.

Parker, who starts April 29, will take over for Barbara Berger Opotowsky, the current executive director, who is departing in May after a 15-year term. He officially assumes the role on May 21.
