Jewish, Hindu Groups Back Contraception Rule In 6th Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (April 1, 2013, 3:57 PM EDT) -- Five advocacy groups, including the Union for Reform Judaism, the Hindu American Foundation, and Americans United for Separation of Church and State, told the Sixth Circuit on Friday that the Affordable Care Act's contraception mandate doesn't stifle business owners' religious exercises, and urged it to toss a challenge to the rule.
