Trustee's Rothstein Interview Notes Off Limits, Judge Says

Law360, New York (April 1, 2013, 7:15 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Wednesday rejected a request by alleged co-conspirators to Scott Rothstein's $1.2 billion Ponzi scheme to force the bankruptcy trustee for Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler PA to hand over his interview notes with the disgraced attorney, saying the notes are protected work product.
