Ark. Opens Probe Into Exxon Mobil Pipeline Rupture

Law360, New York (April 2, 2013, 2:12 PM EDT) -- Arkansas’ attorney general on Tuesday launched an investigation into Friday’s Exxon Mobil Corp. oil pipeline accident that has caused tens of thousands of gallons of oil to spread in the area around Mayflower, Ark., and demanded the company preserve all the documents related to the spill.
