Ex-Kasowitz Atty Can't Get Rehearing In $78M Firing Suit

Law360, New York (April 2, 2013, 11:27 PM EDT) -- An ex-Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman LLP associate whose $78 million suit against the firm claimed he was fired over  an email he sent to partners that referenced his “superior legal mind” failed Tuesday to obtain a rehearing after a New York court in January nixed his appeal.
