Justices Seek Word From Amphastar In Drug Safe Harbor Case

Law360, New York (April 3, 2013, 8:26 PM EDT) -- Suggesting it may be interested in reviewing the scope of the Hatch-Waxman Act's safe harbor for drug patents, the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday asked Amphastar Pharmaceuticals Inc. to respond to an appeal by Momenta Pharmaceuticals Inc. in a patent dispute between the companies.
