Federal Judge Who Emailed Racist Obama Joke Will Retire

Law360, New York (April 3, 2013, 6:40 PM EDT) -- The former chief judge of the Montana federal court will retire in May following a Ninth Circuit investigation into a racially charged email he sent about President Barack Obama, the Ninth Circuit said Tuesday.
