Anglo American Hit With $10M Penalty In Deadly Pier Collapse

Law360, New York (April 4, 2013, 2:12 PM EDT) -- A Brazilian regulator hit Anglo American PLC with a reported $10 million fine on Thursday in connection with environmental damage from the collapse of an ore-shipping pier into the Amazon River last week that left three workers dead and three more missing.
