Ex-BP Engineer Denies Destroying Evidence In Spill Case

Law360, New York (April 4, 2013, 6:20 PM EDT) -- An attorney for a former BP PLC engineer accused of obstructing justice entered a not guilty plea on his behalf Wednesday in Louisiana federal court, signaling he’ll continue to fight beefed-up charges of destroying evidence related to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
