Epstein Betrayed Greenberg With Malpractice Suit, Judge Told

Law360, New York (April 4, 2013, 6:58 PM EDT) -- Epstein Becker Green should be punished for allowing one of its lawyers to work with Greenberg Traurig LLP on an arbitration while another of its lawyers secretly built a legal malpractice case against their co-counsel, an attorney for Greenberg Traurig told a New York state judge Thursday.
