China Simple Merger Review Plan Gets Guarded Praise

Law360, New York (April 4, 2013, 7:27 PM EDT) -- China's antitrust enforcer took the first step Wednesday toward creating a simplified merger review process by laying out what kinds of transactions will qualify for the procedure, but attorneys say it's too soon to tell how much businesses will benefit because the proposal doesn't explain what that streamlined system will entail.
