Harvard To Revamp Privacy Policies After Email Search Outcry

Law360, New York (April 4, 2013, 6:27 PM EDT) -- Harvard University President Drew Faust on Tuesday appointed a task force to overhaul the school's email privacy policies and tapped a Foley Hoag LLP partner to probe the extent to which administrators accessed faculty email accounts following a recent cheating scandal leak.
