Securities Litigation Held Steady In 2007

Law360 (January 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Though the past few years have brought a steady decline in federal securities litigation, the trend may be over. In 2007, securities filings increased for the first time in three years, in a reversal that experts say is here to stay.
