Mako's Trade Secrets Win Sidelines Rival's Sales Staffer

Law360, New York (April 5, 2013, 4:35 PM EDT) -- Mako Surgical Corp. won an employment dispute Thursday as a Florida federal judge endorsed a settlement sharply curtailing the duties of a worker who allegedly stole trade secrets and breached a noncompete contract by joining rival robotics firm Blue Belt Technologies Inc.
