Fed. Circ. Says Patent Board Bungled Prior Art Analysis

Law360, New York (April 5, 2013, 11:16 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit ruled Friday that the U.S. patent appeals board had erred in rejecting part of a software patent application, ruling the board hadn't adequately considered whether the prior art would enable anyone to practice the claimed invention.
