Atty Bashes Lender's Bid For $28M From LCD Fee Award

Law360, New York (April 5, 2013, 8:43 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs' attorney Joseph M. Alioto accused LFG National Capital LLC on Thursday of trying to do an "end run" around California law by attempting to use the fees Alioto's firm recently received from multidistrict antitrust litigation to recover a $28 million loan debt.
