Pa. High Court Could Strike Privilege For Expert Witnesses

Law360, Philadelphia (April 8, 2013, 7:17 PM EDT) -- Communications between lawyers and their expert witnesses could become subject to disclosure during discovery if the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturns a recent ruling granting litigators broad protections under work-product privilege rules, attorneys told Law360 on Monday.
