Law360, New York (April 8, 2013, 8:34 PM EDT) -- A new program created by the America Invents Act to challenge the validity of business method patents has proven to be little-used, with no new petitions filed since November, McDermott Will & Emery LLP found in a report on the new procedure released Monday.
