Lift Rental Co. Can't Reap Wrongful Death Coverage: 7th Circ.

Law360, New York (April 8, 2013, 7:51 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit on Monday said a rental company cannot force the employer of a worker who died while using its equipment to indemnify it in a wrongful death suit because it has failed to meet the “harsh burden” required by Indiana law.
