Enviros Get Partial Win In W.Va. Selenium Pollution Suit

Law360, New York (April 8, 2013, 5:06 PM EDT) -- A West Virginia federal judge on Monday granted partial judgment to a coalition of environmental groups in their suit accusing two Alpha Natural Resources Inc. units of illegally discharging the toxic mineral selenium, ruling one of the companies had not adequately refuted the plaintiffs' claims.
