Big PE Firms Eye US Middle-Market Buyouts

Law360, New York (April 9, 2013, 4:50 PM EDT) -- Large private equity funds have begun to focus closely on middle-market acquisitions of U.S. public companies as firms look to deploy capital, according to a report published Tuesday by Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.

Schulte analyzed 40 middle-market deals and 50 large-market deals for the three-year period ending Dec. 31.
