Apple Didn't Step On 3G Tech Co.'s Patents, Judge Rules

Law360, Los Angeles (April 9, 2013, 7:24 PM EDT) -- A Delaware federal judge on Tuesday sided with Apple Inc. in a lawsuit brought by Golden Bridge Technology Inc., finding Apple did not infringe patents Golden Bridge claimed are necessary features of emerging 3G mobile network technology.
