Bingham Beefs Up Antitrust Arm With FTC, DOJ Hires

Law360, New York (April 11, 2013, 5:27 PM EDT) -- Bingham McCutchen LLP has added some muscle to its antitrust and white collar practice groups by bringing on a former Federal Trade Commission adviser and a U.S. Department of Justice prosecutor, it said Thursday.

Former Federal Trade Commission senior competition adviser Darren Tucker and former Department of Justice prosecutor Michael Whitlock were added as litigation partners in the Washington office, the firm said.
