EU Accepts CEZ Plan To Sell Power Plants In Antitrust Probe

Law360, New York (April 11, 2013, 3:28 PM EDT) -- The European Commission said Wednesday it would take CEZ AS up on its offer to divest power generation assets, a proposal meant to address concerns that the Czech utility attempted to keep would-be rivals from entering the country's electricity market.
