Proposed Legislation Would Scrap Renewable Fuel Program

Law360, New York (April 11, 2013, 7:15 PM EDT) -- U.S. House lawmakers introduced legislation on Wednesday that would eliminate the government's controversial Renewable Fuel Standard program, or, in the alternative, scratch key requirements of the biofuel program, drawing cheers from the petroleum industry and scorn from the ethanol industry.
