Ex-BP Engineer Denies Deleting Voicemails About Spill

Law360, New York (April 11, 2013, 6:49 PM EDT) -- A former BP PLC engineer accused of destroying evidence related to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill urged a Louisiana federal judge on Wednesday to prevent the government from making reference to more than 350 voicemails he allegedly deleted, arguing there is no evidence supporting the claims.
