Brownstein Hyatt Launches Energy, Enviro Team In DC

Law360, New York (April 11, 2013, 7:10 PM EDT) -- Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck LLP has formed a new energy, environment and resources department in its Washington office, creating a "bipartisan" team drawing on new hires as well as current partners, the firm announced Thursday.

The new group will be led by current Washington-based partner David Longly Bernhardt, a former solicitor of the U.S. Department of the Interior, whose current practice focuses on rulemaking, regulatory enforcement, and environmental and permitting reviews.
