FTC Revamps Challenge To $195M Hospital Merger

Law360, Los Angeles (April 11, 2013, 10:04 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission on Tuesday filed an amended complaint in its ongoing litigation against Phoebe Putney Health System Inc.'s now consummated $195 million acquisition of Palmyra Park Hospital Inc., asking for a temporary restraining order enjoining further integration of the two hospitals.
