Ark. AG Wants $4M From Exxon To Fund Oil Spill Probe

Law360, New York (April 12, 2013, 4:05 PM EDT) -- Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel on Wednesday said he had asked Exxon Mobil Corp. to cough up $4 million to pay for the state’s investigation of a recent crude oil spill from Exxon’s Pegasus pipeline, arguing the request was fair given Exxon’s responsibility for the spill.
