Law360, New York (April 12, 2013, 8:51 PM EDT) -- A U.S. House panel on Thursday greenlighted a bill that would halt the use of a controversial new gasoline blend that contains up to 15 percent ethanol approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
