Texas Refiner Chugs Forward With NM Crude Oil Rail

Law360, New York (April 12, 2013, 7:28 PM EDT) -- Texas-based refiner HollyFrontier Corp. and transport affiliate Holly Energy Partners LP are teaming up to build a new rail facility in New Mexico that will link to HollyFrontier’s facilities and one of Holly Energy’s pipeline system, the companies announced Thursday.
