Koch Wins $12M Punitive Damages Over Counterfeit Wine

Law360, New York (April 12, 2013, 10:32 PM EDT) -- Billionaire William Koch won a whopping $12 million punitive damages verdict Friday against an Internet entrepreneur whom he had accused of consigning counterfeit wine to Zachys Wine & Liquor Store Inc. that Koch had bought at a Zachys auction.
