Law360, New York (January 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A district judge ruled on Friday that 324 Kentucky Fried Chicken Corp. employees had waived their right to arbitration when they sued the company in 2005 and would have to pursue their claims in court, only a day after the Panel on Multidistrict Litigation ordered their cases and nearly 700 others consolidated.
Though the orders overruled objections from the plaintiffs, both plaintiffs' and KFC's counsel said they were pleased with the outcome.
