LFG Trustee Wants Experian Sanctioned For Conflict Claim

Law360, New York (April 17, 2013, 5:10 PM EDT) -- The liquidation trustee in LandAmerica Financial Group’s bankruptcy case on Tuesday asked a Virginia federal judge to stop a conflict of interest lawsuit launched by Experian Information Solutions Inc. and sanction the credit-report provider for violating LFG’s Chapter 11 plan.
