Samsung, Arabtec Form Middle East, North Africa Energy JV

Law360, New York (April 17, 2013, 4:21 PM EDT) -- Samsung Engineering Co. and United Arab Emirates-based construction company Arabtec Holding PJSC have teamed up in a new joint venture to build energy and infrastructure projects in the Middle East and North Africa, according to a Wednesday statement.

Per a newly inked memorandum of understanding, the companies will join forces on bidding for large-scale oil, gas, power and other infrastructure projects in the region, the companies said.
