10 States To Sue EPA Over Plant Emission Rules

Law360, New York (April 17, 2013, 2:48 PM EDT) -- Ten states on Wednesday joined a trio of environmental heavyweights who said earlier this week that they intended to sue the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for failing to timely issue rules capping greenhouse gas emissions for new and existing power plants, two days after the agency missed a deadline to finalize the rule covering new plants.
