Court Sides With Law Firms In Attorney-Client Dispute

Law360, New York (January 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A New York appeal's court has denied a bid by a class action plaintiff to force three law firms to produce its files on two federal class actions, ruling the litigant, as an absent class member, is ineligible for such privileges.
