11th Circ. Says Duo Must Seek $3M Crash Payout In Germany

Law360, New York (April 17, 2013, 6:55 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit ruled Wednesday that a couple who secured a $3 million crash-related settlement from a German aircraft maker and who seek to recover those damages from the company’s insurer are bound by the policy to try the case in Germany.
