EPA Urges DC Circ. To Reinstate Mountaintop Mining Regs

Law360, New York (April 17, 2013, 5:15 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency urged the D.C. Circuit on Monday to reverse a pair of rulings limiting its authority to regulate mountaintop mining, saying the contested permitting guidance and interagency review procedures do not overstep its statutory authority.
