Petroleum Groups Challenge DC Circ. Ethanol Ruling

Law360, New York (April 17, 2013, 7:27 PM EDT) -- A group of energy industry associations recently asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the D.C. Circuit’s finding that they did not have standing to challenge the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s updated standards for renewable fuels, which they say require increased ethanol content in gasoline.
