GAO Rips Judiciary's Selection Of Courthouse Projects

Law360, New York (April 17, 2013, 7:02 PM EDT) -- Several of the federal judiciary's proposed courthouse construction projects shouldn't have made the cut under new capital planning guidelines and the judiciary underestimated costs to boot, according to a Wednesday report by the U.S. Government Accountability Office.
